Do you provide in-person support?At this time, I only provide therapy via telehealth. If you are seeking an in-person mental health professional, I am happy to provide you with referrals.

What are your fees and do you accept insurance?My fee is $170 for a 50-minute session for private pay clients. Through a platform called Alma, I take Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare (under Optum), & Carelon insurance. There are also other insurance plans I take that are contracted under these payers. What should I do if I'm in crisis?If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. There is no shame in asking for help if you are in crisis and you deserve support. How often and how long should I meet with you?The length of therapy and the therapeutic relationship is dependent on your goals. It's okay to not know the answer to this at the beginning of therapy. We will work together to assess what is best for you. I do require that clients commit to weekly sessions initially so that we can build a strong therapeutic relationship and familiarity with the process.

What is your cancellation policy?Please contact me via email or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I require at least 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged my full private pay rate for the session. Since life happens and sometimes we need to reschedule, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule you for the same week. If I can accommodate this, I will not charge you the cancellation fee.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
